“We have a Geothermal system that functions both for both heating and cooling that was installed when we renovated our house. Scott Geothermal has been doing its routine maintenance for a few years now, and it has been working perfectly— until today.<br><br>Today, after 3 days of extreme heat and humidity, the condensation function stopped working, causing water to overflow into the attic, and down through the ceiling on the floor below.<br><br>I called Scott at Scott Geothermal to take a look, because he had been keeping it tuned seasonally, and there were 2 more sweltering days predicted, with heat indexes of over 105. I expected to have to wait a long while to get him to come over because of the demands of a HVAC engineer on hot, hot summer days.<br><br>I was wrong— He came over first thing that morning, arriving before 7:00 a.m. He flushed the clog, checked all the condensers and repaired the upper unit to stop the problem. He made suggestions about maintenance that I had not considered. But most importantly, he came over in the sweltering heat so that I would have air conditioning, and he made sure that my the water dripping into my ceiling stopped, thus avoiding a catastrophic ceiling collapse.<br><br>I recommend Scott Geothermal to anyone who wants prompt attention in an emergency. He cares about his customers!”
