“My husband and I had a 86 gallon pressure tank that served both sides of a townhouse leaking on a Friday! We ran around trying to find the proper sized fittings and NOWHERE had them! Arlington Hardware was so great! They had fittings that literally nobody else had and Home Depot said they couldn’t even get! She had us send her pics so she could get everything together before we got there and asked questions as well as answered all of ours!! They were a godsend!!! ON A SATURDAY!!! Bless you!!“

“I cannot speak for the 1 star reviews but my experience with Greg was fantastic. My plumber told me I needed to call Roto-rooter to fix an issue in our basement pipes. I googled Madison roto-rooter, saw Greg's Rite-Now was close and I called. He said he could come out right away and he did just that. He was friendly, informative and fixed the issue within a short time frame. We had a good conversation and he left! I would definitely use him again and recommend him. He is also locally owned and grew up on the east side of Madison and knows the homes well.Service: Plumbing pipe repair“
