“My Parents, who are in their late 70s, water softener system had failed, and stopped working on 11/14/2022. I had gone down to check out the system. I heard a leaking hiss, and found a pinhole leak, from one of the main water lines so I turned the water supply off and did a temporary patch to the leak. I had worked on the system before, but it was at it's end of life, and needed to be replaced. I called Plumbing Place, it was already late afternoon, and the receptionist said she would call their master plumber, and would give him the details, and to expect arrival time between 7-7:30 the next morning. The Tech was prompt, and was friendly. He checked over the system, and told me all that needed to be done, and gave me an estimate. I had agreed, and he went to get the the necessary parts, and returned. He removed the old system, and installed the new one. He also did some pipe replacement, and repairs. He was very skilled and efficient, and the new water softener system looked great! The job was completed in just a few hours, I was very pleased with the work he had done, I would contact this company again with any future repairs! I would highly recommend Plumbing Place, as a very reliable company to do business with!“

“Only company to answer phone on weekend for my emergency! I was not a customer, but I will be for life. The owner was professional and understanding, listened compassionately while I was panicking on the phone, he calmly helped me troubleshoot on a weekend while he was at the lake (I could hear his family in the background)! Luckily it was just a fuse and I was able to fix it myself NO CHARGE!He said they always help their customers on weekends in emergencies. They also get numerous calls from competitors customers who won’t answer on weekends. We aren’t going to ignore “our loyal customers.” Fortunately, he was willing to interrupt his weekend activities for me even though I wasn’t YET a customer.Also noticed their portable toilets at CrossFit, they were always CLEAN!Service: Sewer repair“

“My husband and I had a 86 gallon pressure tank that served both sides of a townhouse leaking on a Friday! We ran around trying to find the proper sized fittings and NOWHERE had them! Arlington Hardware was so great! They had fittings that literally nobody else had and Home Depot said they couldn’t even get! She had us send her pics so she could get everything together before we got there and asked questions as well as answered all of ours!! They were a godsend!!! ON A SATURDAY!!! Bless you!!“
