She came equipped with everything needed for a successful photo shoot.Her instructions were easy to follow and resulted in shots one could not complete on their own.The session we had was in a Healthcare setting and the staff interacted well with photos and posing with my dog. There are good vets… and then there are the kind you’d drive hours for without thinking twice. Kettle Moraine Equine is exactly that for us. Between our own horses and a couple we’ve brought down for friends, they’ve taken care of four horses for us now. Every single time, they’ve worked with us to get everyone scheduled together, which made a huge difference for a long haul and even helped cut down on fuel costs. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. We make the four-hour trip specifically for Dr. Gieche, and there’s a reason for it. When you depend on performance horses day in and day out, you need someone who truly understands what it takes to get them back to work safely and efficiently. His knowledge, honesty, and care are second to none. But what really sets them apart is how they treat people. You’re not just dropping a horse off and waiting… you’re welcomed in like family. During longer procedures, his wife even put together a list of things for us to do in the area so we weren’t just sitting around all day. It’s those little things that make a long visit feel a lot shorter. They’ve even taken the time to include my homeschooled son, showing him some really neat things while we were there. That meant a lot to us. They’re thorough, fair, and genuinely care about both the horses and the people behind them. We trust them completely, and we’ll continue to make that four-hour trip anytime our horses need this level of care. Some places you find… and some places you stick with. This is one we’re sticking with.

Reynold's has done a great job of servicing our HVAC system twice/year for many years. Last January, we had to replace our furnace and had them install a 97% efficient Bryant Evolution as it was eligible for a tax rebate. Then, in June, we had to replace our 36 year old A/C unit as well and went with the unit they recommended. We're very pleased with the results. As usual, everyone at Reynolds is knowledgeable, friendly and prompt.

I had the BEST experience here tonight and I’m so grateful it was so positive. Despite being busy, I was given an appointment to get my hair cut before the end of the evening. Ryleigh was truly amazing at her job. Aside from working the salon alone, she was incredibly professional with all the customers and especially wonderful with me. We had delightful conversation while she did my hair and even as it got to be closing time and she wasn’t done, she showed no signs of frustration and simply finished her work—when I apologized for it being after 7, she told me she hadn’t even noticed. Whether or not that’s true, it was a kind thing to tell a customer. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it and I was able to enjoy my time as well. I fully recommend this business and even more, I recommend Ryleigh (tip her well)!

I decided to treat myself to a much needed change for my birthday and it has ended up being several weeks of an emotional rollercoaster.
On top of a difficult cut, I have pretty high anxiety and OCD which makes things difficult at times, but I am always willing to pay for my satisfaction.
After 3 attempts between awful color and cut at Cost Cutters, I called Robins Nest.
June was great. She could see the errors from the previous stylist and tried to keep the same cut. The layers were so uneven that we had to go pretty short. Once I got home and tried to style it, it was obvious that I needed a different cut altogether in order to have some sort of shape as things grow out.
I left a quick message and was called back immediately the following morning. She got me back in and did what she could to salavage a style that I can live with.
I tried to make small talk to help me feel comfortable communicating, but it wasn't well received and did impact my ability to speak up further. I would have asked her to taper even closer to my neck and round the edges to avoid this boxed look I'm left with on top of everything else, but that's on me. It's been hard to know what to say when I went from shoulder length hair to a pixie-bob without intention or desire.
Outside of that, she took care in pinning things up, checking layers, ensuring evenness and working with what she was given. I feel like she took pride in her work. All in all, I wish I had called here first.
