Rachel is AMAZING! We had some not positive experiences in Janesville and were referred to K-9 Hair Care. Immediately, Rachel addressed my concerns and assured me that she could handle my sensitive husky. I'm so glad we found her! She is wonderful with my dog, gives a full behavioral report, discusses solutions and gives a fabulous bath and blow out. Highly recommend!

I've been getting my dog's nails cut here for years and Rachel is the absolute best!!That goes for baths too. Thank you very much Rachel for everything you do. We really appreciate you!

Lisa is the best. She is so knowledgeable and puts so much care into every client. Our 5yo Springer has been going to Lisa 2-3 times a year since he was a puppy and he is so comfortable there, we couldn't imagine going anywhere else!
