I am so grateful to have worked with Aly Patten, one of the physical therapists at Fort Healthcare in Whitewater. I was feeling pretty hopeless about my back pain, and she instilled confidence in me and was incredibly gentle and patient in my journey to gaining strength to support my pain relief. I tried physical therapy before, but it was unsuccessful because I did not feel comfortable sharing that the exercises were too difficult for me or caused me too much pain, but Aly made sure to check in with me and listen to me when the pain was too much.
