Tommy my therapist and owner of vita is very knowledgeable. He is always seeking new information via classes and seminars. I have referred a number of friends and family members to Vita, and all were satisfied. One of my favorite treatments is dry needling. This is where you get instant results of being able to turn your head or alleviate pain due to sciatica. Also, I would just like to address a comment made about Brad. Also, in 30 minutes of super-slow strength training, you can accomplish 60-90 minutes worth of "traditional" weight training. The machines are like nothing you've ever worked out on before, & the personal trainers are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Strength Evolution.“

A gym with soul.I am staying in Milwaukee for a month, and have been going to FitPro for a few weeks. There is something about Nick, the owner, that seems to attract good folks. Every time I’ve gone, I’ve met the most knowledgeable, generous, centered people. There is a lot of fighting equipment and space (boxing ring, punching bags, etc). I’m told the personal trainers there are incredible.This is not a place with tons of bells and whistles. No tanning beds or hydro massage tables, luckily for your wallet. It’s got plenty of basic cardio, fight, and weight equipment. And it’s got a great feel. It’s definitely THE gym I’d belong to if I lived in Milwaukee. Check it out!!“

“I am working with Kreg on lower- and mid-back muscle pain. I connected with them for assisted stretching, massage, and guidance on movements/lifts that can support better posture and balance moving forward. This is the first time I've found a massage therapist and trainer in a single person under one roof who can provide a broader insight into how to address my aches and pains, and most importantly with a focus on longer term strength, mobility, and injury prevention. In this way, I feel like I'm getting far more education and self-empowerment to address my issues than I have received elsewhere with massage therapists who do not have the same breadth and knowledge that Kreg has. I feel fortunate to be able to talk to my trainers about any random pains I experience (in or out of the gym), instead of just waiting it out or rushing to a doctor. Every month, I get a new program tailored to my needs which keeps my workouts interesting. In the one year I've been a member, I've become much stronger and seen improvement in my posture. I recommend the gym to anyone who asks because it's definitely been worth the money.“
