“If you're new to town or local, this is the gym for you! It has something for everyone and a space for everyone to feel comfortable and encouraged to progress. The staff is wonderful, people are friendly (but also independent), and the space is clean. My favorite features are the playground (huge space with high ceilings and weight racks) and the sauna ? there's truly no place like this!“

“The main facility is great, gym is huge tons of squat racks. Locker rooms are sizeable with a sauna steam room and a jacuzzi built into the men's and women's. Staff are kind people.Only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because of how small the pools are. Pools are often the main reason you'd go to a place like this so its disappointing to see how small they are“
