Got referral for repeat injection in about 4-6 weeks. Reviewed ongoing thoracic & lumbar spinal issues, how I practice pain mgmt with different triggers. Discussed & got referral to try acupuncture by Dr Shannon as alternate treatment for pain mgmt. Body brace I've worn for 13 years worn out. Got referral for orthotics to design replacement.“

“I have an anxiety disorder with panic and after a year of frustration dealing with UW Health's bureaucratic business management (Doctors and Nurses were great), I decided to switch to SSM Health. I have BCBS Insurance. I contacted their intake and explained what was going on. They got me in very quickly with a Nurse Practitioner named Dr. Madison. There was a library of overdue blood tests I needed as well as OBGYN. Not only did I get in right away, but was able to get three appointments for my routine care and issues within the span of three weeks. All on my day off which is a Wednesday! All staff from business side to Dr. Madison was very personable and very caring. I got my blood test results back the very same day instead of two days as the lab predicted. Excellent service! Keep up the good work!“

“During my very short time with them(relocated states) I have had nothing but the best people and care, especially my girl Trish(hopefully I spelled your name right.) I am Mexican American and I didn't have not one issue regarding race issues as they are a little diverse in their staffing as well. My only complaint during the short time was, no one tried to help me with housing... One of the main reasons I had to leave. Other than that 5/5 from food pantry, pharmacy, all great! Kevin is a pretty good one as well. Really they all are in the Madison location. Highly recommend!!“

His approach was direct and honest while also making sure I understood what was happening. He worked with me to pinpoint causes for my issues and developed an individual PT plan for me to work on. “I saw Dr. Bouska for my adjustment. At my initial visit, Dr. Bouska discovered that one of my legs was over 1" shorter than the other, and that my hips and shoulders were unlevel as well. After the adjustment, my body began to level itself out immediately. All of my aches and pains are gone now, and I have increased mobility. I highly recommend coming here, especially if you feel like you have joint or back problems.“

“Planned Parenthood is a Reproductive Healthcare facility and I will stand by them forever, especially after my most recent interaction with a Nurse Practitioner. I had a virtual screening prior to receiving a STD screening, I discussed with the NP my most recent risky exchange and how I have been experiencing symptoms that don't typically align with the STDs I was worried about. After listening to my symptoms and stories about rude comments partners have made about odor, the NP discussed proper reproductive hygiene and how I shouldn't feel bad how I smell when I'm healthy. She then went on to discussed that my hygiene after those comments could've potentially caused BV and that my symptoms match what others have experienced. She offered me additional testing but also offered an antibiotic for the presumed BV. I asked about potential risks in getting treatment without the proper diagnosis and she stated the risks were minimal. I declined the screening for BV but took the antibiotics. I went through with my STD screening later in the week, and after my antibiotics for BV, my symptoms cleared and I feel like my balance is back to normal. This NP was particularly professional with her conversation and provided me proper hygiene to avoid BV in the future, as well as other non-STI related infections. She was compassionate in her care and I believe she deserves recognition for her professionalism and compassion.“
