Waunakee Remodeling
“We worked with them to build a new deck. We did get a couple of quotes, they weren’t the cheapest quote, but you get what you pay for. Starting with the sales discussion with John, we had a very thorough review of our needs and a great plan pulled together.
There was then a seamless handoff when we were up for starting building with our expediter, Gerry. he was super responsive and helpful, making sure that all of our questions were answered quickly and everything that we needed was addressed.
The construction team was fantastic. They did beautiful work and identified some major issues from our previous stack and were able to remedy them. We now have a beautiful finished deck that is exactly what we wanted.
No question, any future remodeling needs we’re going to be looking to Waunakee remodeling!”
Classic Custom Homes of Waunakee, Inc.
“After interviewing dozens of custom builders and looking through several parade homes, we selected CCH of Waunakee to build our forever dream home 1,000 miles from our current residence. The entire staff at CCH worked to get our dream into drawings and construction plans. Brea perfected every detail of the design while staying within our budget and Kristi managed the entire process with the county and state since we were not physically present. In the end, CCH and their partners delivered an amazing home at a cost with well less than 1% overruns due to “surprise”change orders. The quality is phenomenal and we appreciate the outstanding team of professionals. Without exception, every sub we dealt with demonstrated skill and care. We would absolutely recommend CCH with any hesitation.”
