Actuate did two big projects for us - a gut job of ~2000 square feet to turn 3 separate rooms into one big custom kitchen / dining area, adding two net new bathrooms and 3 closets upstairs, and then a 2 story addition with all new infrastructure in both projects (2 zone hvac, heated floors in the bathrooms, custom cabinetry and appliances, all new plumbing and electrical, custom coffered ceiling in the sunroom, custom tile installation, dozens of doors and windows, custom millwork, refinished and laced in new hardwood flooring, and more).
