After interviewing dozens of custom builders and looking through several parade homes, we selected CCH of Waunakee to build our forever dream home 1,000 miles from our current residence. The entire staff at CCH worked to get our dream into drawings and construction plans. Brea perfected every detail of the design while staying within our budget and Kristi managed the entire process with the county and state since we were not physically present. In the end, CCH and their partners delivered an amazing home at a cost with well less than 1% overruns due to “surprise”change orders.
