“Our home was built around 1950 and never had adequate ventilation. The upstairs of the house was always hot in the summer and in the winter I was always using a snow rake to prevent ice daming. Frey construction addressed this problem by stripping the old roof off and adding ventilation starting from under the facia/soffet ending at the peak sandwiched between the old sub layer and a second new sub layer with adequate ice barrier. The installation crew was fast, experienced, and friendly (They were great!). When they were finished with the project you would never have been able to tell that they had been there other than the exception of the new roof and gutters. The warranty on the new roof will last longer than me and it was money well spent.“
