“This review has 2 parts. We had a massive front (window 8'x9') that was leaking after a storm in July 2024. RBA was able to come out quickly and we appreciated that. We decided to replace that window and 3 others. We were impressed with the selection and the ability to match our homes wood interior trim. We were not impressed with the high-pressure sales and the inability to have a day or two to consider pricing without losing a 10% "efficiency" reward, which with this project was significant. Once we signed, the dates initially given at our consultation were not what happened and it was November before the windows were installed. RBA simply stated they were within the contract so there was no problem and our sales rep "misspoke". They also state they only use inhouse installers, but our team was contracted. They were very, very good and we had no complaints, but not one of RBA crews. The install went well and was completed in 2 days. We had two relatively minor glitches with the windows- 2 missing trim pieces and a sash on a bedroom window that needed repair. The two techs, Lance and Loren, did a great job and were very helpful. Today 1/29/25 those tasks are complete.

5+ stars for the product, installation and minor warranty work that had to be done after installation. 2.5-3 stars for sales and process to get the windows and get installed and the ability to communicate where our windows were in process.

We will use RBA again, the product is outstanding, but we now have a better idea of what to expect for the process and how to adjust our expectations.“

“I can’t speak for the quality of work. I had Marv, a salesman for the company take a look at my roof after completing his inspection on my next door neighbors. No appointment, just glad to help. After his inspection, he put a couple of small tarps down on my roof and proceeded to tell me that the roof looked great. I needed a couple of top caps and a few other spots had cosmetic damage. He could have easily pushed a new roof and with insurance behind him that would have been the easy money route. It could have been a long drawn out battle with the insurance company. Honesty and integrity is Marv’s middle name. I would definitely recommend asking this guys opinion.
