Phenomenal service. Came to our home to remove 5 blinds for cleaning. Stopped by the very next day to re- install the 5 blinds, beautifully cleaned. Very friendly, courteous, genuine and fair. Highly recommend this company.

Dallas and Luke were very professional and efficient with the installation of our new cellular shades. They showed us the operation of the motorized features of the shades. From the beginning process of placing the order to the installation, Bay View made it easy.

We had such a great experience and absolutely love our blinds. This is our first home so we were intimidated with all of the options, but Joel was so helpful with everything from product down to choosing colors. He was straightforward and honest about pricing and what we need and don’t need and never seemed to be trying to only sell us the most expensive options. Then for installation, Kevin was so thorough and explained everything, helped set up the app, and took the time to answer all of our questions. 10/10 recommend. Thanks!
