“After checking out their booth at a County Fair over the summer, I was impressed by Exterior Pros and their offerings - specifically for roofing which we were considering replacing. Set up an appointment for the following week (in August) with Mike S. He walked us through our different options and was willing to answer all our questions and run a couple scenarios for quotes. We met again a couple weeks later to commit on one option. Exterior Pros would have come out to do it in November (only about 2 months later), but we requested it for April for our own reason. No problem, they were happy to be flexible.Come April, they notified of us their intent to come out and gave us several options for a day to come out and do the roof tear-off and replace. Took a single day and there was minimal debris in the year. (By comparison, my neighbor did a roof replace the previous year and we found debris in our yard for months afterwards!).There was some minor bubbling of the gutter protectors once it heated up enough in May. I gave them a call to ask about it and they had someone come out a couple days later. The service call fixed up the issue the same day and I have not had any issues since then.New roof looks great. Had a smooth experience with all individuals that I spoke with during all steps of the process. I definitely recommend Exterior Pros and plan to contact them for future housing projects.“

Although they were not the cheapest quote we got for this work, Kelly Reimer’s attention to detail and thorough walk throughs with us during the process of getting the quote made us confident that we wouldn’t have to deal with the typical woes of working with contractors - and we were right! Very thorough communication, professional crew, and the roof looks amazing! They even worked with us to install some insulation on our second floor while the roof was off. We felt respected and valued through the whole process and every question or concern we had was met with care and thorough information. As a bonus, Kelly has a good eye for color for the indecisive among us - the color we went with was not on our original list but he showed it to us thinking it was a good match. It was better than anything we had thought of ourselves and we are thrilled with the result!“

“I can’t speak for the quality of work. I had Marv, a salesman for the company take a look at my roof after completing his inspection on my next door neighbors. No appointment, just glad to help. After his inspection, he put a couple of small tarps down on my roof and proceeded to tell me that the roof looked great. I needed a couple of top caps and a few other spots had cosmetic damage. He could have easily pushed a new roof and with insurance behind him that would have been the easy money route. It could have been a long drawn out battle with the insurance company. Honesty and integrity is Marv’s middle name. I would definitely recommend asking this guys opinion. He will go above and beyond, tell you what you need, and get the job done.Marv I appreciate your honesty!“
