“This company really has top-tier customer service! Last week, we booked an appointment to have our windows looked at because we had a draft coming in and had trouble locking them. Their amazing Service Manager, Steve, came today and not only fixed our problem, he also shared with us what caused it and tips to ensure it wouldn't happen again. We had our bay window installed by WASCO over 20 years ago and they had no problem finding us in their system. They were quick to honor their lifetime warranty on parts (we did need some). You'd think we'd have to wait (or be ignored like many companies do) as our service call wasn't a money-maker for them (no new installation). Not the case at all. We were given the same priority as new customers receive. The kind employee in the office scheduled our service visit right away. Steve arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He worked hard to ensure the windows operated properly (we had contributed to the problem but he was professional and only shared what was helpful to us). Steve also had me test the operation of the windows to ensure that I was happy with the results ... no cutting corners with this guy!”
