While I got a very positive vibe from the get-go based on my phone calls with Sage, I wasn’t expecting the appointment to be so personal and enjoyable, but it was! That might sound silly, but the consultation with Mandi was so nice. She was friendly and warm, and she really listened and shared some great knowledge. She truly wanted to help me troubleshoot my skincare problems, and she suggested routines and products, but without being pushy or pressuring me into purchases. She made me feel understood and also excited to approach my skincare with some new products. At the end of the appointment, I chatted with Sage again as she helped me get my products packed up and scheduled my next appointment. She was so warm and friendly.
