The Duct On Call crew was very professional and friendly. They came in and unclogged the dryer vent in a relatively short period of time. They explained the process as they cleared the lint that was stuck in the vent, and I was very pleased with the outcome of their service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a similar issue. The cost of the service was very reasonable as well.

Axl and Jordan did an amazing job cleaning our very dirty HVAC system. They were friendly, courteous and respectful of our home. They also explained what they were doing clearly and made recommendations to add another vent to one of our HVAC runs. It was great to see before and after pictures as the process was unfolding to feel good about what were paying for. Upon completion, they cleaned up everything perfectly. Nick and Kim are awesome! They did a fantastic job cleaning an inaccessible dryer vent that came up through the roof. I'm a DIY'er at heart and thought I did a decent job getting the ducts clean 2 years ago. Nope! All that happened was years of lint got crammed into the end of the vent. Ducts on Call to the rescue. They were very responsive and even though it didn't take getting into either the attic or up on the roof itself, the fact they were willing to earns a gold star in my book (an 8:12 second story pitched roof is no joke). Excellent equipment got the dryer vent cleaned from both the outside and inside of my house. Will be a repeat customer for sure!
