It started with an inspection of the property. Gary came and examined the home for what had to be done. He asked me what needed to be done and what was most important. He then gave us an estimate, we accepted and work progressed. They started with sweeping down the exterior. That included the cement surfaces, both the bottom and top of the deck as well as the house. The washing began with the cement. It was stained and ShipShape got all the stains off. Then they proceeded to clean the house, removing all hornet nests, and working from a ladder to reach the highest points. They finished with the upper deck and all the windows. Work was done to our satisfaction. We were really pleased with the removal of all hornet nests and how clean everything looked at completion. They worked hard and completed everything they said they would do. A great experience.

My water heater went bad recently and I called Peninsula Plumbing. I told him what was going on and what size we have and sent him some pictures. He sent me a quote which I found reasonable and he said he could do it the following week.He did a great job on the install and did great clean up when he was finished. He also took the old water heater with him. I would definitely recommend Peninsula Plumbing for any plumbing need you may have.

Peninsula vision Care saved my vacation. My glasses broke and I was too far from home to go to my local optometrist to have my glasses repaired. I went to two optical centers in Sturgeon Bay, in both cases, the staff was not able to fix them and were rude because I was a visitor and not one of their customers. Then along came Peninsula Vision Care-their staff is FANTASTIC. They fixed my glasses and they stayed fixed for the remainder of my vacation. Their was no charge and they expressed concern about my glasses, ability to see while traveling and making sure that my vacation would be able to continue. Peninsula Vision Care should be your first stop for eye care and new lenses. They are the best.

I had a wonderful experience working with Enchanteau for my wedding in July, 2021.I visited Enchanteau for a hair and makeup trial run about a month before the wedding. Kari also did my hair and makeup for my rehearsal dinner the night before. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my hair for the rehearsal so I brought my dress and accessories with me to the appointment. We briefly chatted about what I might want, then Kari quickly knew what would look best and I gave her creative freedom to go for it. She pinned up my hair into the most beautiful ponytail, popped my headband on, did my makeup and lashes and I was good-to-go! I felt so beautiful and she made it all seem so effortless!Kari was personable and professional, really listened to what I wanted, and executed day(s)-of. The service from Doug and Courtney at Doug's Sanitation has always been excellent! We recently had an issue with groundwater filling up the holding tanks after the spring thaw. When I called to let them know what was happening, the driver was here that morning to empty the holdings tanks. Over the course of a week, they pumped the tanks out five times because of the excessive groundwater flow. The inspection of the holding tanks showed no cracks. The problem is likely due to an old main sewer pipe deteriorating causing excessive groundwater flow. The next project in the future will be having Doug's Sanitation excavate and replace the cast iron pipes with PVC. - Andre'

Dr. Olson is very knowledgeable. We drive an hour for her natural approach. I had a horrible experience as a child but she has kindly and patiently helped me face some of my anxiety. Dr. Olson relates warmly with our children. They have never been afraid of their visits. She warns them what to expect with dental procedure and has always been professional. I highly recommend Dr. Olson.

Dr. Randy and his staff are so kind and provide excellent service to their patients. Even though he is not my primary vet (he is unfortunately at capacity), he took me and my beloved dog in after hours to do an emergency quill removal. They saved us a long and tough night at the emergency clinic in Green Bay and I couldn't thank them enough.
We have received excellent care for our dogs in the past years. The drs and staff are truly experts. They are all very caring , empathetic people. We are lucky to have them in Door County!
