what can I say. I have the biggest hair catastrophe of my life and the ladies at impressions blew me out of the water. they were very understanding and very considerate and knowing that that's how much my ear meant to me that they did everything they could to you know see if they can fix it but in the end cutting it was the best option for all the way around and I'm at a short haircut kind of person but I'll tell you what man this is good this is good they got my vote hands d
