I live on an acreage and draw my water from the lake. As I'm not allowed to trench into the lake, the line is heat-traced and shielded, but lies above grade at the shoreline. The heat-trace failed yesterday afternoon and I am too far away for a service call. I spoke with Mitch at Reinhardt Plumbing late yesterday afternoon. After a lengthy discussion he was able to provide me with some sage advice to help me determine and rectify the problem. His advice was perfect and, after about an hour of work in the cold, I was able to get the heat-trace and my water system to work again! I am so grateful and would not hesitate to recommend this company for any residential or commercial heating or plumbing needs that anyone has!
