A friend of my referred me to Sandy and I scheduled an appointment to see if she could help me with tension headaches that I have been dealing with for 30 years. I have had many massages and acupressure sessions in my life, but I had never tried myofascial release. Sandy was very informative and thorough, and the therapy was surprisingly gentle.
