“Had a water leak, from the laundry room/furnace room on second floor, leaking into the ceiling below. Appeared to be from furnace or the Aprilaire humidifier attached. Scott came out and, boy oh boy, did he go above and beyond the call of duty! After eliminating the furnace and humidifier as the source of the problem, we needed to get a plumber out. One happened to be working in the condo unit next door and Scott asked him to come take a look at the drain pipe. The plumber eliminated plumbing as an issue but discovered the problem -- our washing machine was shot (was more than 15 years old) and was leaking. Scott took a real interest in helping us figure out the problem. His work eliminated our having to call or pay for a plumber and now we know that we merely need to replace the washing machine. We've been Wulf Bros. customers since buying our condo in Fish Creek 8 years ago, and have been very pleased, but Scott is a superstar. Please thank him!“
