    Victoria's hair portraits is reasonably priced and the service is great. I have known one of the owners Vicki for many years. We lost touch for a short time. I am so happy we reconnected. It is hard to find someone you like not onlyto do your hair . She is a great friend and listens to you. Vicki's partner Angela also is wonderful. If you need your hair done check them out.
