I formerly volunteered there and now I go there whenever I get a haircut as a client. Very kind people and also has a clean environment. As a shy person myself, they're very helpful and outgoing that makes you feel comfortable to talk with.If being a hairstylist were my interest as a job I would 100% work there!This is my first and only pick as a hair salon place! 100% Worth the money!!!

I found this salon (Serendipity) online, as to find a new place to get a cut, and one that also did color. Well, I did not know that I would find not only my new FAVORITE salon...but I found a stylist/colorist that is OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING! Dez is absolutely wonderful and always makes me feel like a Queen ?. She is friendly, caring, kind and SO TALENTED! Her knowledge of hair and coloring, is outstanding. She always gives off a positive vibe with a sense of calmness, that makes me feel relaxed and very comfortable. I have never been to this salon before and I called and was able to get my appointment scheduled for the same day. I had the best experience ever. The owner was very attentive to my wants and needs. It was a wonderful experience. Best haircut I've had in such a long time. I went in feeling ugly and left feeling pretty. I will definitely go back and recommend to everyone. Thank you so much ?
