I have seen Dr Elliott since 2000 when I first moved to Racine. His office was in the strip mall on hwy 20 at that time. I followed his office to his now location. From The first minute he walks into your exam room door he is phenomenal, I'm not just saying this. He comes in drying his hands then extends his hand to greet you. He has a calm Peaceful demeanor throughout his exam. He cleans equipment as he goes along although he has already cleaned it when he is done with each patient. Very conscious to infection control. My prior experience was warm and welcoming. The staff were grownups who greeted me with a smile. This experience was less than. For one the reception staff lacked the human touch, no smiles no warmth. I walked in five minutes late...five minutes! I was told they were booked solid and that they needed to reschedule me saying, "they needed their patients to be on time but they had an opening later that afternoon". I can't take that chance again, I made the trek over and they weren't willing to work with me. No thank you I will take my business elsewhere. That is not enough wiggle room.

Updated Review - 1/16/23: I went back today to pick up new glasses. The lady that helped me was super friendly. You can ask my wife… I am not easy to please when it comes to the way my glasses fit. She said I could come back any time to get them adjusted. I did… 5 minutes later. Of course they laughed… and made a final tweak. Now they fit perfectly.
