“I've been a patient with Great Lakes, many, many, years. If I'm having any kind of problems with my new prescription, I can just walk in, talk to any of the employees,( their ALL so knowledgeable), tell them what's going on, and seriously they won't let me leave until my problem is solved. I've been working with(Tracy, she treats me like she would be treating her own mother. I actually feel so close to her, I call her my other daughter,lol). Then theirs Connie, she also treats me like I could be her mother. She treats me with so much respect, always concerned about my well being. Then there's Jennifer, I just had her today. She was so helpful today,and full of knowledge as well. She would not let me go until she new forsure I could see. She worked with me for quite a while. Phones would ring,customer's coming in, and she still would not leave my side. “Very professional. Used a big chain previously with disastrous results so never again with the big chains. Saukville Walmart has an awesome Optometrist, very professional and knowledgeable.. Staff is awesome as well.. Seems to me that perfection is their main objective... Very personalized and no rush service..Walmart is now my permanent "Go To" for glasses... I highly recommend.. Especially if you usually use the big chains.. Tremendous difference...“
