Erie replaced our hail damaged shingle roof with a metal one. Not only does it look beautifulbeautiful. It is also took about 30% off our energy bill! The biggest thing they helped me with was with my insurance USAA. It took a lot of effort on our and their part to get the documentation USAA needed to get the depreciation back!! USAA gave us the depreciation back. I can’t say enough thank you’s to Erie. They could’ve easily not helped us, but they kept trying to work with us. I HIGHLY recommend them for not only the product, but also the customer service.
Erie roofing was wonderful to work with. They throughly inspected our roof and attic area and went threw all of our options/styles and what would make most sense for the amount of time we intend on living at our residence. Their team of roofers were fast, friendly and did an amazing job at all the clean up afterwards.
Very responsive to contacts. Representatives were knowledgeable and listened to questions. Great follow through. Roofers were pleasant and completed work in stated time. Very careful of landscaping, great cleaul of property!
