“This is the second time I have been to Park Place Optical. There are both opticians and Park Place Optical in one building. My optician Brianne Scanlon takes her time with you but doesn't waste any. She is great. After the exam Park Place Optical took over to get me the best fit for glasses. I liked the last frames that I purchased at my last exam but had an accident and the bows were bent so I had gone back to another pair of old glasses. Marianne was able to fix the frame so I could use them for my new lenses. They have lots of frames but I am one of those people who doesn't like change so I was appreciative that Marianne was able fix them. I will continue to go to park Place Optical and recommend them to others. It is nice to find a caring place.“

“I suddenly had an issue with my left eye. So I was recommended to call Fox Cities Eye Clinic to see Dr. Mark Austin. I was able to get an appointment the next day with the Doctor. I am very pleased with the way I was treated from the moment I walked into the the clinic. Dr. Austin was very informative and very thorough with my exam. He quickly diagnosed my issue and I am please with my outcome and doing much better. I would highly recommend this clinic for any optical needs. “Was in a pinch and Darboy came through! I was in town traveling on business and lost a contact while driving. Coming from Chicago I was facing a 3+ hour drive home with one eye. I swing by and the amazing doctors and staff were able to connect with my eye doctor from back home and get me a sample contact making sure I can drive home safely! Much appreciated! Highly recommend!“
“My daughter needed labs drawn. Given that she’s only 3, she was pretty nervous. The 2 lab techs that worked with her were AMAZING to say the least! They made her feel comfortable, were fast & efficient and so, so sweet! I wish I had found out their names because they both deserve a raise!!“

“I love Dr. Romenesko! She's the first doctor in yrs of being at Ascension, who has been able to fit my contacts.My only thing is there are always hidden costs at the end of visit. I just wish we could be given what our out of pocket costs will be before the appt. When you ok a test or anything additional, it should be brought to your attention right away that it's not being run thru your Ins. Most don't remember yr to yr what's covered or not. Then to be told you owe over $100 for your "Wellness exam" doesn't seem right. I would have declined those other options I was given, if I would have known. Otherwise, great doctor and I would highly recommend.“
