I have had numerous issues with my HSA Card and Courtney at Shopko Optical Mall Drive has always went way out of her way to submit the documentation and help in any way to resolve the issues. Her customer service skills are phenomenal and my family and I will continue to go there because of the excellent service overall. Thank you!

I was very happy with Natasha who helped me pick out glasses in a new prescription. The dr was super friendly and helpful too. Natasha went out of her way to entertain my fiance and daughter who came with to help me pick glasses out. She went above and beyond and has great honesty and people skills. Picked up my new glasses today and Sam was also super helpful and friendly. Americas best lied to me, made an appointment for me when they don't even accept my insurance and they knew it. Would never go back there and will stick with shopko for quality and customer service. Highly recommend

Brought my grandson in for glasses and the staff there was fantastic. Staff made the process as painless for a 10 year old as possible. Will continue to use Shopko Optical for all me eyecare needs.
