Walmart Vision & Glasses is a convenient one-stop-shop for eye exams, affordable prescription glasses, and contact lenses. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and the doctor is great and thorough. The service provides a great value with top brands at low prices, including free in-store pickup. Customers report good experiences, with glasses ready in less than a week. The staff takes time with customers and provides great service, such as tightening frames. It is a place where customers feel assured getting the vision care they need.
Went with my mom to this Walmart and specifically to the vision center. I’m from out of town and my expectations were low for a Walmart vision store, but I was blown away by how kind and helpful the staff was here. My mom is a retired senior and had a hard time making a decision on new frames. She was taking forever but the staff was so incredibly patient and helpful. We dealt with Nikki, Justin and even another staff member, possibly named Aubrey, since we left and came back. They were so knowledgeable, stayed within her budget and were incredibly patient. Huge shout out to Optometrist Nikki! I had called before going to Walmart to see if they could switch out my daughter's lenses into a new frame. Very professional and knowledgeable of what we needed. In less than 15 minutes she had the glasses ready to go. Will definitely check out the optical center again, all because of Nikki! Walmart is very lucky to have an outstanding person, Nikki, working there (we all have seen the otherside of some employees). Thanks again Nikki!
Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the DR was great and thorough and explained everything to me. I got my glasses in leas than a week after my exam. I had a good experience here.
