We had a new lady today from a different store. Her name was Amanda and she was so nice and kind. She was also really easy to talk too and we had a good conversation outside of the lenses too

Jesse replaced the screw in my glasses at no charge. Jesse helped me by answering questions about different frames and making suggestions as to frames he thought I would like based on my questions. I went back the next day with my script to order them. The two Jesse’s working that day were very kind and helpful.

I had an outstanding experience with Angie from Ankey at Target Optical! I brought in my sunglasses for a repair, and she went above and beyond to help me. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was repaired perfectly. My sunglasses look and fit great again!
It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, and Angie exceeded my expectations. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help made the entire experience a pleasure. Thank you, Angie, for your exceptional service—I highly recommend asking for her if you visit Target Optical!
