Maggie Lindsay was my salesperson at store #4052 in Appleton. It was refreshing to speak to her about my prescription needs and receive quick, accurate and understandable answers. Her help in frame selection was not only needed but welcome. She is a benefit to your store!

Josh was a complete pleasure to work with! With staff shortages and end of year benefits expiring, I know he was very busy. However, he didn't rush through anything and explained everything so clearly. We've had bad experiences here in the past at this location. We felt like we were bothering a staff member just by walking in the store. This happened multiple times with the same person.Josh was the complete opposite of that. Professional, knowledgeable, polite and awesome. Thanks for all your help Josh!
