“Due to circumstances I could not control, I was 90 minutes late for my appointment. Dr. Smith and Jera the technician who worked to get the measurements for my eye went way beyond what I expected them to do trying to get my chin in that cup when my wheelchair could not get me as close as the machine needed me to be.

I was scheduled for a 20 min session. I was 90 minutes late, the exam itself took longer than 20 minutes. They never once seemed put out, impatient, or worried about those who had appointments after me.

My thanks 1000 times over to Dr. Christopher Smith and his staff. Fingers crossed now that the glasses I get are accurate. If they are not, it's because my body could not sit up straight enough to get an accurate diagnostic assessment, and NOT because of negligence or incompetence.

“I used to go to Mancheski Vision prior to moving away from Green Bay. When I returned to town, I received a coupon for another vision center and went there. After over 1 year of working with them to get the right prescription for both contacts and glasses, I cut my losses and went to Mancheski. At the initial appointment, I told the doctor what I had experienced. We did an exam, and I was given a trial pair of contacts. Immediate success! The prescription was wildly different than the most recent misque at the other place. I will not go elsewhere again.“

“Brought a prescription from Pearle here. The person who did the intake (sorry, didn’t get her name) was friendly and professional. Glasses were ready in 5 days, and have been working great. The person who did the final fitting when I picked them up, Jennifer, was equally nice and good at her job. Glasses are a commodity - they should not have to cost $600. Frames should not have to cost $200 to $300. My glasses were under $200 before insurance. That’s the sort of service and cost-saving you can expect if you get your glasses here - highly recommended.“
