Everyone I came in contact with was professional and informative.
The carpenters on the job , they were so wonderful. They answered my questions, cleaned up after themselves, (didn't mind my dog hanging with them) , were respectful of my gardens that go around the beautiful deck they built for me!!
I will absolutely have them come back for future jobs I would like to have done.
Thank everyone who help getting this done
Wonderful job

“Dave North runs the best roofing company in Southeast Wisconsin. We have 100-yr old historic home and have used multiple roofers for all kinds of issues over the years, but Dave's guys do the best and most thorough work. No other roofer that I've worked with has as much in-depth knowledge and understanding of historic home construction that Dave has, and thus he is able to diagnose and/or find issues that others miss. We had a leak in our bathroom for years, and while 3-4 other roofers focused only on the roof directly above, Dave's team were the only guys to point out that issues with the sloped roof leading towards the bathroom were source of the problem. Dave is always transparent in his communication about the issues and his recommended solutions, and has always shared pictures to back everything up.While he may not be the least expensive for this kind of work in the area, if you want to ensure the work is done right and you'll be well informed throughout the process, Dave North Roofing is your best bet.Services: Roof inspection“

“Our lake house had a 22 year old cedar roof. We were working with a contractor on a renovation project to finish off third floor attic space and found the roof was beginning to show some minor leaking. An inspection by a cedar roof maintenance company which we had been using concluded the roof needed to be replaced. The roof of the house is large and quite complicated with some of the peaks and ridges 30 - 40 feet off the ground. Both the general contractor and the cedar maintenance company recommended we contact LeFever. Cory LeFever used a drone to evaluate the situation and provided several options for materials that could be used for the replacement. We accepted the LeFever proposal.
Then things got somewhat more complicated. The local building inspector was concerned about proper ventilation for the new cedar roof over the renovated attic space. Interior work was put on hold until the ventilation plan was approved and inspected. LeFever worked with the interior contractor to appropriately vent the cedar roof and properly insulate the new finished space.
The project took about six weeks to complete once the ventilation plan was approved. They were very sensitive to the weather forecast not wanting to have open roof exposed to rain. The crews worked hard every day and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the work day. Two of LeFever’s key Operations Supervisors, Brad and Andy, were instrumental in getting the job done right.“
