As a first time mom, she helped prepare me for birth with many incredibly important things that birth classes don’t teach you which made for a quick and “easy” delivery of my son. Dr. Emily also strategically guided me through 7 months postpartum with exercises and strengthening to help me regain core strength and get back to the physical activity I wanted to be doing pain and symptom free.
