My baby coffee was in extreme pain because of his declining dental issues and had developed a lymph node unbeknownst to me, called the vet exactly at 8AM when they opened. They were very kind and understanding over the phone and answered all my follow-up questions and got me appointment for the very next hour, SAME DAY, he was diagnosed and sent home with meds to help the same day as well, they even offered free nail trimming, I absolutely love how they talked to me about pricing and made sure I paid the lowest cost possible but still got my pet the best care, they are very kind, professional and compassionate even though my pet was aggressive (likely from being in pain)… read full review

.My Madison aka Maddie recently became very ill and was diagnosed with diabetes and a pretty serious case of pancreatitis that required a 2-day stay at WBV. Dr. Gill called me after hours to talk through questions I had, and Crystal made sure I understood the care Maddie would need when we got home, and even called to check on her. I can’t thank them all enough for taking such good care of my girl, she is feeling so much better. ?
