We had an emergency appointment that was taken immediately with great care, warmth and friendliness. Our cat went in feeling yucky but when she got home and was able to eat and drink, she was more like herself and went to nap in her favorite spot. The staff and doctors are very understanding and let you know how they will help your best furry friend. I can't thank them enough for all they've done!! ?

5/5 stars! I’ve been coming here for years for crazy old lady cat “Mia”. Downtown vet clinic has been so accommodating.Last year, I thought Mia was dying. She wasn’t eating, drinking, and was hissing at us and hiding all day. I took her to an ER vet that charged me $400 for NOTHING. They totally ripped me off. I just wanted to get her in quick. But I called Downtown vet clinic (her primary) they were actually able to get her in same day. And they found out what was going on in maybe 20 minutes. I rarely ever write reviews for anything but I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a primary care vet. My cat was on the brink of death and Dr. V saved his life and cared about him as if he were her own pet. They were very cost-conscious and gave me very low rates for services which would cost much more elsewhere. Very available on short notice as well, which was crucial for my cat's survival. The vet tech was also very compassionate and kind to him. Thank you all so much for saving Waffle's life.
