“I was given a gift card for my birthday and decided to finally take time to use it, it was for a table for two so I brought my sister along (Lord knows we both needed it!) The spa itself was neat and very clean. The atmosphere was professional and inviting. Both the massage and facial was for an hour and they were really nice, what took me over the top was the facial from Kara, this young lady most definitely have BLESSED hands, her facial was top notch, her energy was awesome and she was so personable. My sister was paired with Carley and she loved every moment of it we could not stop talking about our facials and the experience we had with these ladies. Both these ladies operated as if they’ve been in the industry for 20 years or more. We are already planning a return visit and we are excited to recommend Knicks to anyone who ask! “I recently received a clear skin facial from Meg and was blown away by her above and beyond service! For started, she is one of the most genuine, upbeat and warm people I've ever met. I felt welcome and at ease right when I stepped in to her space. I found her spa blue treatment room to be very comfortable and relaxing. I assumed my appt would be about an hour, but she took the first 20-30 min to have a consult to really hear my skin concerns/needs. Once my facial started, I could immediately tell she is on a different level of expertise than any aesthetician I've seen around here. She is SMART, and an individual truly invested in continued learning within her field. She was full of knowledge and offered informative insights into skincare and products for the duration of my treatment. She uses the Face Reality line which is pregnancy safe and highly effective at a very fair price point. My skin felt and looked hydrated and plump after my facial. I cannot wait to go back! One thing I loved is she's no frills when recommending products - so often you feel pressured to buy things or mislead on what products are right for you, but I felt completely confident in her recommendations. I wanted natural extensions but still some length to give me an everyday pretty feel and Maureen absolutely nailed it! Usually my eyes are so irritated but I experienced minimal irritation.
