“I was given a gift card for my birthday and decided to finally take time to use it, it was for a table for two so I brought my sister along (Lord knows we both needed it!) The spa itself was neat and very clean. The atmosphere was professional and inviting. Both the massage and facial was for an hour and they were really nice, what took me over the top was the facial from Kara, this young lady most definitely have BLESSED hands, her facial was top notch, her energy was awesome and she was so personable. My sister was paired with Carley and she loved every moment of it we could not stop talking about our facials and the experience we had with these ladies. Both these ladies operated as if they’ve been in the industry for 20 years or more. We are already planning a return visit and we are excited to recommend Knicks to anyone who ask! “My husband and I received a gift card as a wedding gift about 3 ½ years ago. First of all, how incredible is it the gift card was good for 5 years! We ended up changing our honeymoon location and couldn’t use it until this trip. We felt so lucky. Second, Dee and Morgan were fantastic. Dee is fun and humorous, Morgan was more soft spoken but incredibly kind. Both gave very high quality massages during our couples massage. For $185 we had a 1 hour massage with aromatherapy, hot stones, hot towels, and perfect pressure. They asked us how the pressure was and gave us an opportunity to identify any problem areas. Will 100% be back on our next trip to Milwaukee!“

She announced and or explained everything she was doing, which I greatly appreciated! There was no pressure whatsoever to buy any of the products used but she did recommend so products to help with my skin care concerns. Overall amazing experience plan to be back again soon! “I paid for my mother who is this picture. Sarah did her lashes which is a full classic set being my mom never really ever wore lashes. She did such a great job my mother was so worried she would have to have her take them off because she thought it would irritate her eyes, but GUESS WHAT she went on her vacation and this is the picture she sent me. She’s in love and so am I with these lashes. Check her out, she’s amazing! Also she’s a very down to earth person with a great outgoing personality with a professional work environment. Her suite is also wonderful with a good vibe just being there. Thank you for the amazing work.“

“This was one of if not the best massage I’ve ever had. I like a lot of pressure and Lashonta delivered. We booked a very last minute couples massage while on vacation in Milwaukee . You can really tell Lashonta cares about her craft and creating an atmosphere of relaxation. She takes the time to listen to any concerns or preferences you have. The only critique I would have is that the room is a tad small for a couples massage so the beds had to be moved around a little bit during the massage. But overall, we felt very well taken care of and I would definitely recommend getting a massage here.“

“Dates of visit: August 7 + August 14, 2025 It never fails that a visit to the dermatologist is always something you schedule months in advance, which is always so odd to me considering that all of my derm appointments tend to be less 30 minutes or less. What is everyone else doing that takes so long!? At any rate, I really appreciated that I could use their text service to make an appointment; I spend a lot of my time in meetings and calls so finding uninterrupted time to make these kinds of requests can be tricky sometimes. Making matters worse was that I was traveling while trying to get an appointment for a spot on my face, making this service wonderful for me. Within seconds I was told that I had a cyst and we not only talked through options for removal, it was done then and there! I had to go back in a week to take out the sutures and that appointment actually took longer than the removal. I also got a call in-between appointments advising the status of the cyst, too, which I appreciated. Really the only issue I had was the intense bruising that occurred on my face that I wasn't warned about--it was so bad I was telling people that I may or may not be in a secret fight club! The nurse at the suture removal appointment seemed surprised by the bruising but didn't speak to it and it wasn't on the post-care sheet I received, either.“
