The spa itself was neat and very clean. The atmosphere was professional and inviting. Both the massage and facial was for an hour and they were really nice, what took me over the top was the facial from Kara, this young lady most definitely have BLESSED hands, her facial was top notch, her energy was awesome and she was so personable. My sister was paired with Carley and she loved every moment of it we could not stop talking about our facials and the experience we had with these ladies. “This was one of if not the best massage I’ve ever had. I like a lot of pressure and Lashonta delivered. We booked a very last minute couples massage while on vacation in Milwaukee . You can really tell Lashonta cares about her craft and creating an atmosphere of relaxation. She takes the time to listen to any concerns or preferences you have. The only critique I would have is that the room is a tad small for a couples massage so the beds had to be moved around a little bit during the massage. But overall, we felt very well taken care of and I would definitely recommend getting a massage here.“

“Dates of visit: August 7 + August 14, 2025 It never fails that a visit to the dermatologist is always something you schedule months in advance, which is always so odd to me considering that all of my derm appointments tend to be less 30 minutes or less. What is everyone else doing that takes so long!? At any rate, I really appreciated that I could use their text service to make an appointment; I spend a lot of my time in meetings and calls so finding uninterrupted time to make these kinds of requests can be tricky sometimes. Making matters worse was that I was traveling while trying to get an appointment for a spot on my face, making this service wonderful for me. Within seconds I was told that I had a cyst and we not only talked through options for removal, it was done then and there! I had to go back in a week to take out the sutures and that appointment actually took longer than the removal. I also got a call in-between appointments advising the status of the cyst, too, which I appreciated. Really the only issue I had was the intense bruising that occurred on my face that I wasn't warned about--it was so bad I was telling people that I may or may not be in a secret fight club! The nurse at the suture removal appointment seemed surprised by the bruising but didn't speak to it and it wasn't on the post-care sheet I received, either.“

“Update 11/15/2024 - I am happy to report that I was able to reconcile this issue with the owner and I am satisfied with how he rectified the situation. I would be willing to provide this company another chance. *** massage was great! I have no complaints about that service. But for the facial they offered a diamond service. I asked the price and was not told that it would be an additional fee to the facial cost. I didn't find out until I was told until i went to pay and questioned why the amount was so high. I told the receptionist that I was not told it was an added charge. I thought it was a different kind of facial. I will not be going back. I do not appreciate being blindsided.“
