“After a hail storm followed the next day by massive rain, we had a bad leak come down into the house. We assumed a roof plank or two got damaged, so we called CPS. Caleb came out to investigate and provide a repair quote. He went up on the roof and found no roof damage, but a large leaf damn not visible from the ground that had backed up into a gap in the flashing. He took my leaf blower up there (this is a steep roof) and cleared the damn. Then he caulked the gap on the spot. When he finished, I asked how much I owed. He told me as a repeat customer there was no charge! He could have just told me that there was no problem with the cedar shingles and left me to deal with the issue on my own, but he chose to spend his own time to help me out. This is the type of service and integrity almost impossible to find these days. I will continue to use CPS and recommend them highly going forward!“
