After months of my well known insurance company declining my hail damage claim, I contacted Josh. From there he handled everything. I had a roof and more done within weeks and the claim was covered. I could not be happier with Absolute Restorations!

I had a leaky roof and Josh came out right away to identify the issue. He took tons of pictures of everything going on, explained to me in normal people terms, and then gave me options. I was fortunate that the band aid option was affordable and would solve the issue easily, but Josh mentioned if anything else was an issue, he’d personally call the insurance company for me and the only thing I’d be responsible for was my deductible.Highly recommend!Services: Roof inspection

This whole thing started when I made a claim on my own and the insurance company mishandled my claim. My buddy introduced me to Josh who came out to inspect the damage and was able to re-open the same claim I had done on my own. Josh is extremely knowledgeable and was able to not only get us a new roof which was the main reason for the claim, but also got us brand new gutters, a brand new sliding patio door, a brand new side door, and brand new flooring in our kitchen. Like anything else there was a lil bump on the road which after discussing with Josh it got taken care of.
