Our furnace was acting up in our home and was inspected by another company and was locked out and not able to be used do to safety concerns. This happened late evening when everyone was closed. I messaged Tiltin after 7pm and James responded very quickly and was very helpful and even offered to bring space heaters over to keep us warm late at night. James came out right aways the next morning and gave us a very reasonable quote and beat everyone in the valleys quote! And said he could install it later that day! Days before anyone else could. I called James to come inspect my furnace and he was able to came over the same day. He gave me an honest diagnostic of my furnace and let me know that I needed a new one. He came back the very next day right away in the morning as he promised. He did an awesome job, very reliable, professional, and affordable. He was fast and efficient.
We called Tiltin because our attic AC unit was making a noise. By the time the they were able to come check it out, the noise had stopped, but we decided to have it inspected anyway since it hadn't been looked at in at least three years since we bought the house. The technician was very friendly and informative, which we really appreciated because we're first time homeowners. The cost for the visit was super reasonable, and we will definitely call Tiltin again.
