This company was nothing but fabulous as a first time Homeowner when an appliance ans important as your AC unit breaks. It is a very stressful situation, but Blackhaak took away that stress calling them and setting up the appointment was a breeze. The communication was top-notch. My technician was over the moon and he went above and beyond, super insightful, super helpful, super kind, and respectful. Everything was done in a timely manner. I would trust this company with my life and that is saying a lot from me!
