All the people from Aquarius that I worked with were kind, helpful and informative. Mark was great at explaining things to me and the installer Eric was also nice, patient and explained everything when he installed and answered any questions I had.
Living in the country the water needs attention coming directly from the well. 7+ years ago we installed the Kinetico System for water filtration. We have stayed on the continuous maintenance program. Bi Annually we have our system checked, maintained. The guys are ALL very informative on arrival, contact you via phone or text - and are very prompt on arrival when they say they will be there.
Once on location they are professional, kind and get the required maintenance done timely. Thank you!
