I rarely leave a review but felt it was necessary.

We are a middle/later aged couple who debated between asphalt and a metal roof. Understand that not all meatal roofs are (3’ x long lengths) sheets that look like long sheets of roofing. Nothing wrong with that but SMR sells and installs metal roofing that looks like traditional shingle/shaker roofing…...but it lasts forever! Literally, “The last roof you’ll ever need”. ?

Mike’s crew of 7 men; (yes subcontracted), were on time, courteous, and worked 3 hard 14+ hour days as they raced the weather. Communication was never an issue and they let me know every day when they were going to be there and what they were going to try to accomplish that day. We were amazed how smooth this went as storms wandered through! We left our doors open as we got a ‘good feel’ from their lead that they were trustworthy from the moment they showed up. I’m not sure if they used our bathrooms, etc but if so, they left it cleaner than they found it if they did! Awesome, awesome group of guys with a great sense of humor! Our trust was not misplaced!

Mike checked with us everyday…. many, many times … to make sure everything was going well. Honestly, he was so concerned and between Mike, Mary and Jose, it was kinda overkill. ? To be fair, I got the feeling before we bought that this is the type of company they run, so if you go with them, expect a fair amount of contact from beginning to end.

I am so frickin happy with our new roof! My better half is ecstatic with our new roof. The best part is it truly the ‘Last roof we’ll ever need’…. unless we have a tornado. ?“

Chad was extremely helpful during the initial estimate phase, answering all my questions and assisting me with various decisions. He even offered options on what products to pick and how I could save money, which was fantastic. My project manager, Ed, was extremely communicative with me during the demolition/construction phase of the project, letting me know when the guys would be on site and advising me of small issues that needed to be addressed. “I reached out to Paramount to get an estimate on a roof and found out they could also do my siding, windows/doors, and gutters. The idea of having a single contact person (James) for everything was very appealing. James was incredibly responsive and spoke intelligently about all aspects of the exterior remodel. He came out and took all measurements and sat down with my wife and I to over material and color options. What was nice was that he would give us a few opinions along the way using his years of experience as a guide. Once we decided on materials and colors, the scheduling process was a breeze. Material was ordered and timelines were set. James did a great job keeping us posted on delivery dates along the way. The crews for the jobs showed up on time and worked diligently until the job was done. They were respectful of the property and kept the work site safe and clean. Our house is 33 years old and this is the first remodel so as you can imagine, some issues were uncovered as the old siding was removed. Those issues were handled quickly and at a fair price. New framing and sheeting had to take place in an area that had some water damage due to poor work being done by the original home builder. James' team attacked this problem without skipping a beat and put us at ease very quickly. James was on site multiple times during the project and was always available. Going through an entire exterior remodel is a stressful process but it could not have gone any smoother thanks to James and Paramount Crew. The project was completed late last week and we love everything about it. If you are looking to have work done, save yourself the research and go with Paramount. I can be very picky about some things and Paramount knocked it out of the park.“

“Fabio and the crew at Facility Solutions did a massive lead abatement project on our home, both interior and exterior. They replaced our flooring, our old clawfoot tub, and every single window and window frame, along with sealing the woodwork throughout the entire house. Our exterior was asbestos-concrete fiberboard covered in lead paint. The crew came in and quickly took out the old boards, repairing old rotten wood as they went before replacing everything with beautiful modern siding, fascia, and soffits. All of this work was coordinated and done in phases so as to cause minimal disturbance and allow our family to stay in the home.

Throughout the process Fabio kept in close contact, let me know what the team is working on and ensured I was informed about how the project was going. The work was done quickly yet masterfully, and most importantly passed a rigorous lead test administered by the Dane County Health Department. We have two young children, one who had fallen severely ill due to the omnipresent lead in our old Victorian home. Now we can sleep peacefully knowing that our young ones and those of future generations will be safe from lead exposure.

My wife and I are ecstatic about how the house turned out, its like living in an entirely new home thanks to the hard work and dedication to detail shown by Facility Solutions. I cannot say enough kind and gracious words about this company. We will be sticking with them for all our future home improvement needs.

“Wonderful experience with the team from Ridge Top Exteriors. We had two new sliding patio doors replaced and four new windows. Initial sales call was in July, final measure in August and install was scheduled for September. Darn rain delayed the install 10 days.
