Andrew took care of replacing an outdoor outlet. He arrived promptly at the beginning of the provided 2 hour window, investigated the issue, explained what was needed along with the cost prior to proceeding, and then he showed/tested the finished work for us. He was polite and also careful to wear slip covers over his boots in the house which was appreciated.
Ader was an awesome help with an outlet that had a ground fault as detected by our EV charger's guardrails. He tested everything, and then took pics and videos and started a 3 way conversation with us, the EV charger seller, and Helping Hands to collaborate on a solution, which was truly above and beyond. He kept us updated throughout the trial and error and we really appreciated that!
We had such a great experience with Helping Hands- they did an amazing job outfitting our basement with outlets, switches and can lights. They are friendly, helpful, and efficient. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them. Jacob was especially helpful and we appreciate is attention to detail!
