I remodeled my main floor, the majority of it. Removed walls. Custom kitchen. Custom general bathroom. Replaced the flooring. Changed out windows and doors and millwork and, well, pretty much rebuilt the main floor.

Spent more than I initially thought, but that's all on me. As I watched the work being done, I wanted more work to be done and of the same quality GTC was giving.

Being disabled, GTC worked around my living situation. The sub contractors used were absolute quality and helped form my vision. Of the General Contractors I looked at, I chose well with GTC.

I've plans to finish my basement and undertake outside work. I'll be reaching out to GTC for these projects as well. You can't go wrong using this company.“

“What more could you ask for! The night before Thanksgiving we discovered that the supply valve on the lower level toilet had burst and water had been squirting out for about 5 hours. At 9 p.m. after shutting off the watere we called FREEDOM RESTORATION AND REMODELING. Within a half hour they were here with a truck load of equipment and smiling faces. They worked until after midnight vacuuming up water and set up heaters and fans. First thing Thanksgiving morning they were back for 4 hours, pulling up carpeting, moving furniture, and setting up more heaters and fans. The employees were efficient, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Throughout the whole process they kept us informed, walked us through the insurance process, and did it all with a smile. They moved the funiture back in place two days before our kids came home for Christmas and filled up the refreshed, newly carpeted bedrooms and bathroom. I hope we never have another incident like that but if we do, we're calling FREEDOM RESTORATION AND REMODELING for sure.“

He called my insurance company and helped me work out all of the details so that I got a fair payment. And his crew did excellent work. Edge Plumbing came out to relocate my plumbing before the contractors can come out to start building my bathroom. (Forgot their names, sorry!) The 2 gentlemen came out and was highly professional and respectful to my home. They were very well detailed as to letting us know what they will be doing before proceeding their work. They did a well job prepping and cleaning up after their work. They we very kind and informed me and my husband that they will be returning for more future plumbing work after the contractor is done building the bathroom. “We love our new Van's built home. This was our 5th build and we needed it to come together quickly as we were out of town for some of the planning process. We met with Phil, picked a plan we could work with, then had an architect friend make some big modifications to customize it. Phil was great to work with through all the changes ( some last minute). Phil was a real pro's pro. The subs did great work. The cabinets, flooring, tile and trim were all first class quality. Only a couple of small follow up items that were handled promptly. Van's was also able to adjust our closing date to accommodate our moving schedule. The selection process for fixtures etc can be intimidating but they have a system that makes it easy.“
