Called on a Saturday afternoon and was at my house in ten minutes. Showed me what was going on in my sewer drain and why it plugged with his camera. Explained and came up with a prevented maintenance timeline to help try not to have it happen again. Highly recommend them.

Called on a Saturday to get our basement toilet line cleaned out. Service was timely and professional. Workers were friendly and great to talk with. Definitely will recommend and use again if needed. Thank you!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! We had the main drain clogged and it overflowed in our basement. We sent a message to Appleton Drain and Sewer Cleaning, and Mike called right away to set up a time to come look. Mike and his team were very prompt, professional, and friendly!! I was really intrigued by what they were doing (tree root grew into the pipe 60 ft. out), Mike explained everything they were doing, what all the tools were and what they did, patiently answered all my questions, and let me watch on the camera as they removed the tree root!
